How do I make an appointment?
PLEASE note the LAST DAY we are scheduling up to 12/30/2024.
Contact lens exam- that requires ordering trials or multiple follow-ups are recommended to schedule accordingly or may not be able to be fitted.

FOR NEW PATIENTS - We are NO longer ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. New patients will NOT be able to make an appointment online or via phone call to the office.
Our Cancellation/No Show Policy
It is the policy of the practice to monitor and manage appointment no-shows and late cancellations. Our goal is to provide excellent care to each patient in a timely manner.
a. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients are required to call the office at least 24 hours before their appointment time. This allows the practice to better utilize appointments for other patients. In case of last-minute emergencies or unexpected same-day situations, we still ask patients to let us know by calling the office.
b. In the event a patient arrives late as defined by “Late Arrival” - any patient who arrives at the practice 10 minutes after the expected arrival time for the scheduled appointment and if cannot be seen by the provider on the same day, will be rescheduled for a future clinic visit, if available. If appointments are not yet available for their provider, a reminder will be placed for the patient to call to make a future appointment once the schedule opens.
c. In the event a patient has incurred three (3) documented “no-shows” and/or “same-day cancellations,” the patient may be subject to dismissal from the practice. Furthermore, Failure to keep your appointment may result in a charge for the time reserved, as this time could be given to another patient in need.
