Dr. Neelam Patel is CLOSING her practice, Columbus Family Eyecare LLC, currently located inside the Georgesville WALMART Vision Center, effective 12/30/2024. 

Walmart is working to find a new optometrist. 

We thank you for your patronage and wish you all the best. We are an Independent Optometrist practice leasing space inside the Walmart. We will try our best to help with transitioning. 

The Walmart Optical staff is there to help navigate the changes with you. Please call them at 614-275-9840 for any assistance.

At Columbus Family Eyecare LLC, we provide an array of vision care services. An eye exam in our office is a thorough evaluation of the eye and a determination of prescription for glasses (elective for contact lenses )and evaluate eye health.
